Client & Team Co-ordinator serves as intermediary between an organization’s team and their clients. They ensure that information and communication from one end reaches the other, and vice versa.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate need to handle incoming telephone calls, emails, messages received from the clients and co-ordinate with the team accordingly.
- Candidate need to acknowledge the client in receipt of service requests and update regarding the progress & delivery schedules.
- Candidate need to inform the clients about new services, special offers, price changes, etc…
- Ensure clients expectations are met through coordinating with team
- Investigate and resolve clients’ queries
- Present information on challenging situations to clients and team
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate / Post Graduate with excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent in prioritizing skills
- Have knowledge of SEO & Digital Marketing would be an additional advantage.
Exp. Required: Min. 1 Yr+ for working at branding & advertising agency
