The Motion Department Team Leader leads and manages a team of Motion Artists, overseeing the creation of motion graphics, animations, and visual effects. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide creative direction, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality motion design solutions.

Responsibilities:

•    Lead and manage a team of motion designers and animators, providing guidance, support, and feedback to optimize their performance.
•    Collaborate with Coordinators, Clients, Directors to understand project requirements and objectives.
•    Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that they align with client expectations and company standards.
•    Provide creative direction to the team, translating conceptual ideas into engaging and visually appealing motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
•    Oversee the entire motion design process, from conceptualization to final production, ensuring the adherence to project schedules and budget constraints.
•    Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and tools related to motion design, and apply this knowledge to enhance the team's work.
•    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
•    Collaborate with the HR department to recruit and onboard new team members, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing team.
•    Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging creativity, innovation, and a high standard of quality in all deliverables.
•    Maintain effective communication channels within the team and across departments to ensure smooth workflow and project coordination.

Requirements:

•    Proven experience 3 years+ in motion design, animation, or related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
•    In-depth knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and animation principles, as well as industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Autodesk Maya, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW and Cinema 4D.
•    Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Qualification: Any Graduate
